Shipping policy

 All products are shipped out of California, USA. Orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days after placing an order. Custom orders will be shipped out within 7-14 business days. (A reminder that business days are 9am- 5pm Monday through Friday).  After the item(s) have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and or phone number that you provided during checkout. If you have any tracking inquiries please contact USPS/ UPS so they can best serve you. 

MY ORDER WAS SENT BACK TO YOU. WHAT DO I DO?

If your order is returned due to an insufficient address that was provided during checkout we will reach out to you via email. For you to receive your package you must purchase a shipping label that will be provided to you in the email. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

We do not offer cancellations, exchanges or changes to order as they go directly into processing once the order is placed. 

MY ORDER STATES IT IS DELIVERED BUT I DON'T HAVE IT. WHAT DO I DO?

If your order states that it is delivered but you haven't received it please wait up to 7 business days to see if your package arrives. If it doesn't arrive please reach out to UPS or USPS so they can better assist you! Unfortunately, we are unable to resend your order.
